Our sunglass assembly services include lens insertion, hinge screw attachment, and riveting for various frame types: plastic zyle, metal, groove, three-piece mount, and 8-base wrap sports frames. Using our advanced MEI 641 edger, we cut lenses with intricate shapes for high-wrap frames. We also provide mirror coatings and matching tints. We have access to a full Rx Lab, equipped with an integrated Digital Free Form Processing System to meet specific requirements.
